Snooper E-Bike

Does anyone know anything about the Snooper E-Bike? A friend of mine pointed them out to me today (apparently they'll be landing in the UK any day now).

They don't look like any of the folders I've seen before, but they seem to have a suitably large 360Wh battery - I might see if I can get myself a test ride.

Are these something new, or just a re-badge on something that's already around.

I'm sure it's new, but the styling is reminiscent of the cheap Chinese SLA battery folders that are still around on ebay and the like.

I'm not keen on those three spoke wheels with their very large unsupported arcs, not one for hitting potholes.
