They say one either loves or hates it, but both can apply to one person. As a young kid I loved it, but now I find it disgusting!

My family in Denmark are more than a little p'd off by this move. As it happens, where they live it's never been available anyway and consequently those of us travelling out there have always taken as much as we can carry on Sleazyjet. Mature English cheddar and decent T-bags are other things always on the list.

I normally buy only Danish bacon but as of today, it'll be good Ayrshire bacon for me until the Danes sort things out.

Ironic, when I come back from the UK my bag always has many packets of bacon in it - French supermarkets do not do back bacon.

I never could stand marmite. English and Irish cheddar can be had from most of the big supermarkets.
