Swapping front chainring for larger size?

There are also spacers available for the chainring bolts, so you can position the chainring for best chain alignment and also use the spacers to take up any spare mounting length on the bolts with one ring only. You may have some spacers within your present chainwheel setup, or any good bike shop will have them.

Bummer (changed for reason below), I think I measured the PCD wrong, which is why I found it difficult to find suitable chainrings.
I thought it was 110PCD, but I'm now sure it's 104PCD after using vernier calipers to measure.

The appliance of science lol

Oh, and why is b u g g e r considered a rude word on here and asterisked out :rolleyes:

104 mm does occur as a PCD in chainrings, Shimano make some.

That word veto is possibly due to the criminal aspects of b uggery so much in the news these days.
