Just tried the kit with 12S (cold and dark with no light on the bike). The display showed 41-42 km/h (26 mph) no pedal as I had no chain.

About 50 V and probably 20A --> 1 kW. If that's the case I'm a little disappointed. About 800W on the wheel or? According to this site 500W should be enough to reach 26 mph. http://www.commuterbooster.com/performance

Top speed is dependent on the motor winding- nothing to do with power (as long as you have enough power). Mine does 20.5 mph with a 26" wheel and 36v battery at 40v, so, if your motor is the same, its top speed with 12S at 48v would be:
Speed = 20.5 x 48/40 x 28/26 = 26.5 mph

So looks like yours is the same as mine.

Yes, but with no load (wheel in the air) the display shows 54 km/h (33.5 mph). That's a big difference, or?

The snow is gone and it's time take a look at my bike.

Just sold the “Kudos Sport” I had last year, two IMAX B6 chargers and some LiPo’s.

For my other bike with yhe XOFO I’ll probably use 2x(3x4S) Hardcase LiPo again or can I find a better alternative near that price? Any suggestions what equipment to use to charge all six, 4S at the same time?

Is this bag a good choice to have the batteries in? 16" x 17" x 11" x 2.4"
