I seem to recall the changes to the Highway code were planned for September.

One change i would like to see is that vehicles with auto drive capability should be marked in some way so its obvious to everyone in the vicinity of the vehicle that the driver may not be paying attention or observing other road users.

Maybe more important to mark the many vehicles without auto drive capability where the driver isn't paying attention or observing other road users?

One just assumes that every driver is distracted\not looking.

The issue with auto drive is that the drivers can be super distracted as in engrossed in watching TopGun2\Porn etc.

Very concerning that such vehicles can't recognise bikes. Most would naturally assume that bike recognition would be automatically built in. Apparently not.
