Indeed......Maybe another 2011 award for "Beyond the call of duty" even a medal perhaps? Thanks for the update, that's a fine gesture by Phil at Powerpedals, I hope it all goes well.

I can vouch for this. He has been a great help getting out Tonaros sorted so we now have 2 excellent bikes. His help has included sending spare parts to Denmark at his own expense and supplying an idiots guide to fixing a Tonaro. It was so good even this idiot could follow it.Well he would certainly get my vote.....and a medal........he's a very genuine, helpful, nice guy .......

Thats it Flecc humour them......The ambulance is on the way!![]()
Agree with all you say, support is everything with an e bike, and Phil certainly looks to be on the ball. Its just the hyperbole that accompanies any mention of these bikes some of us find wearing.....
Tonaro aside, I think Phil deserves the recognition. We've seen a huge leap in e-bike service standards from 2006 to the present, but that's largely been due to some dedicated individuals showing the way, with David Miall of Wisper you know to be be excellent example. Phil seems to be in that mould, looking for a way to help rather than looking for a reason not to, as a few still do.

Yes.....back on topic......I hope so too Eddie.......and hey......no criticism taken........you see.......its much nicer to be friendsHappy Christmas to you to Lynda! I will if we ever finish the house in time
back on topic: I hope for Albans sake that he has not bought the german version with 150 watt motor and 192 Wh battery (999 euro). As this has had terrible reviews in German extra energy magazine. and I know your UK bikes have larger motors and battery so please this is not a critism.
