Torq derestrictable again?

I notice from the spec on cyclepoint that the top speed of the torq is listed as 20mph but limited to 15.5.

I am a bit put out if this is the case. especially after Wai Won's statement on the subject.

It's early days for Rhys at Cyclepoint ans he's on a steep learning curve, making web pages from a variety of previous material. It seems to me that there are still some other mistakes, so I would check everything carefully if purchasing. I'd be surprised if it is derestrictable, given that it uses a new lower geared motor now.

I noticed it was changed a while back to 15.5 and now again to 20 which made me wonder if a new motor was on the scene. I do appreciate he's at an early stage so won't hold it against him.
