The Ching Challenge Reloaded
Last September a number of us from the forum attempted to ride Stage 3 of the Tour of Britain on our electric bikes. Stage 3 was nearly 120 miles and included a climb to the top of Exmoor.
There has been a lot of interest in doing a similar thing this year. I've spoken to the organisers of the Tour de Presteigne and the plan is to have a brief meeting there to discuss the details.
The TdP Exmoor meeting will be at 2:30 on Sunday afternoon. It will be straight after one of the Workhouse Studio talks. Apparently there's an entertaining talk about electric motors and hill climbing, which seems sort of appropriate.
