The kit arrived this week China -Germany - UK by ups took 2 weeks plus but tax and duty paid [extra 70 dollars]
The crank arms are the standard ones, the motor looks the same apart from the longer shaft. the display is a bafang adaption
The harness is a bafang with a tsdz2 plug at the motor end
The problems the motor shaft is exactly 100mm if you need spacers on the drive side the thread is not long enough:mad:
Display cable is about 2 feet to long requires cut and shut solder and heat shrink
Pedal arm hits the chain stay on the non drive side :mad: ,over come by raiding the junk box for 2 arms and some fabrication cutting etc
Display does not have all the functions working [its not the open source full fat version] no watts or amps reads zero ]
The good bits a huge smile:) 9 levels of pas with very smooth power delivery , and near perfect chain line the IMG_20200719_184252637.jpgIMG_20200719_184300329.jpgIMG_20200719_184653997.jpgIMG_20200719_184414134.jpg18 amps is noticeable

Its a calibre or felt/trek they use the same alloy frame its been powder coated and upgraded brakes gears etc and is light for a fat bike
i can lift it over a five bar gate :) its half of the steel frame version even with the motor and battery fitted

Hi. Looks really good.
Notice you have stated that it doesn't have full OSF.
Do you know what is upgraded? Motor and or 860c.?
Does it matter and is it worth trying to update?

Mines now showing as been in Belgium so the donkey carrying it has left France . The battery somewhere between China and Timbuktu

The motor has 18 amps on the sticker and keeps pulling to the top speed with very good power delivery the display basic functions all work, but no watt meter and speed is pre-set to 25 kph or 60 kph 5 or 9 pas levels tyre size up to 30 inch seems to be a factory/ hybrid version its not the open source

Very nice. I do like a satin black fat bike. They just look so mean and purposeful. Surprised you're selling it. Plans for another?
