Tyre size advice needed

I have a Oxygen E bake fitted with Kenda City 26*1.95'' tyres i want to change them and fit a set of Schwalbe Big Apple but i cant get 26.1.95 so can i fit 26.2.0 or do i have to look for another brand also if i fit the 26.2.0 do i need to change the inner tube.

The 26" x 2" will be fine and you don't need new tubes, the 0.05" difference is negligible and tubes accommodate very much more expansion than that.
