I am new to ebikes and these forums but already i have recieved some usefull feedback from a couple of questions so thanks to all,also,is there a magazine just for e.bikes?

There is a magazine specific to e-bikes now, published by the Velovision cycling magazine editor Peter Eland, it's called "Electric Bike". Quite new and only in the third edition so far and still improving:

The most experience people are at A to B magazine though, since they have been testing and reviewing e-bikes for well over ten years now as part of their sustainable transport brief:
