What does this show? LCD display question

I got my kit days after the lockdown (in Spain) and I’ve only gone on 2 short shopping trips (carrying that much booze in a rucksack is no joke, believe me!). This ‘power meter’ goes up to full when I first accelerate but goes down to 0 when I get up to speed. I’m assuming this is the power cutting out as I go over the limit, but I haven’t changed the factory setting of 42kmh (and I don’t ride that fast!), nor does it feel that the assistance has gone. So what does it show? I can’t just pop out to work it out.

it is just the motor at top speed looks like a yose kit if so they are now < 210rpm hubs @ 28" = 30+kph only way to get round the speed limit is to over volt it @ 48v = + 30%

Ah ok. Yes it is Yose. So the LCD speed setting isn’t reality, and as the bars disappear, my assist is also disappearing, so no bars, no assist? Thanks for the speedy reply.
