What has happened to Oxygen?

Nobody seems to have their bikes have they stopped making them? Tried to ring their head office but just an answer phone.

If you are interested in the kits they are supposed to be on sale? Andrew comes on here frequently but may well be travelling, who knows......Why not call one of their retailers like 50 cycles?

Ha ha !! Tried others but either no bikes or just answer phone.

Well, if OP genuinely tried a good number of dealers and no-one has any bikes then it seems a fair question.

If, on the other hand, dealers are simply not picking up their phones becuse they are busy dealing with customers, then such comments do seem a tad premature.

It is not uncommon for bikes that come ALL the way from China to be out of stock even from the big boys!

I've just spoken to Oxygen on their phone number and am assured they are still operating and doing very well. The phone is apparently answerable 7 days a week and sounds home based, best to use the site contact form when there's no answer.

Thank you Tony for your call today. As I did say to Tony (Flecc) we are still in business. When Tony rang me I was in the middle of the meeting being re-diverted to a mobile so line wasn't very clear.

Reason why we are out of stock is that our 2012 range as been so popular that all bikes were sold out a lot quicker then expected. There is a new ETA 20/04 with new bikes coming in. Kits have almost sold out too so yes not much to sell at the moment :-(

Thanks Andrew. I tried this morning and just got the answer phone. I had been in touch with a couple of your dealers with no luck and I saw there was no stock on your website. However the matter is now clarified so thank you.
