Good morning Eddie,have you looked at the AVE SH9 bike
26" wheels
Shimano SLX 10-speed
Top spec Suntour forks
B & M Lights
Bosch drive

Dave

they did have brochure with swan neck step through AVE bike at Regents park, price good for a Bosch @£1600. but those type of bikes dont really do a lot for me... The SH9 and other bikes they do, very nice but wife wont have a cross bar, hence looking for a low step rather then a swan neck.

Went for the AVE MH7 should have it in 2 weeks...Its a good fit with the camper and something different, and wife will find it very easy and comfortable.

I had found a new 2011 Cube EPO for £1500 delivered. A few things put me of. Cube refused to acknowledge any inquiry's. The cut of at 25kph is reported to be brutal (German pedelec). These "Swiss" motors are heavy, and bikes lack balance. The battery is reported to slowly descend..there is a fix, as well as software update ( to smooth out cut off) But as Cube refuse to comunicate I refuse to buy...

I think a wise choice Eddie, practical, will do exactly what you want and it's power unit is familiar to you so you know what to expect. The more secure service aspect clinches it.
