Hi
My wisper has been useless for quite a few years now as the battery is goosed & I also think there might be controller issues, it used throw up errors.
Someone looked at it & said try changing the battery but the prices are obscene here in Ireland for a replacement wisper battery. 860 euro. Then there might be a problem with the controller.
Hence why I'm thinking we should change the battery & rack & controller completely & possibly the display.
Any recommendations for a kit for me that would be fairly simple to fit

Yep, that should work, get a new battery and rack, KT controller and display, you might be able to use the existing pedal sensor or get one with the kit

BMSBattery do a complete kit with everything you need. Send them a message to find out when it's in stock.

They also do it in 48v if you want a bit more power from your motor:
