£400 in the end, bad time to sell maybe.
E-bikes still have a limited market at the best of times, and in mid winter in very poor weather conditions co-incident with Christmas expenditure, it's probably miniscule.

Hi...I bought my Wisper back in September when it was allegedly 6 months old.
No real complaints so far but doesn't have as much power as my x6 which I just sold for £300.
When i tried the powabyke prior to selling I almost changed my mind, it felt great, I think it was all that weight on the front that spoilt it.

I too found the powabyke motor alot more speedier than a wisper but most people i talk to say it is one of the more powerfull motors out there

Hi Scatty!

That is unusual, the combination of the superb Bafang motor and a 504Wh battery normally make the Wisper fly!

If we can help please let me know.

All the best

More a gearing than a power isssue I think. The Powabyke motor is lower geared internally which biases it towards hill climbing for which it has an excellent reputation. The Wisper 905 has the legs on speed though, so it can be better suited for covering distance in reasonable times for any given rider input.

Horses for courses, but as so often with e-bikes, the differences are not very big.
