Wisper battery not charging

Hi, I seem to be having th worst of luck with my bike, its been charging for 24 hours now and the battery is only showing half full.

Does anyone know what the problem could be? A faulty charger?

Sorry to hear this Moon, first one motor seized, now the replacement with a charging problem, lightning striking twice. Unusual though, most of these bikes are very reliable.

However, as yours was a brand new replacement on 31st May, just get in touch with David Miall at Wisper straight away, he'll remember you from when he delivered the bike and I'm sure will solve your problem. Maybe trying another charger will reveal if it's that which is the problem.

I have just replied to your PM.

I have had another thought, please check the the battery is set to 230v and not 115v. I have a feeling I changed it when photographing the operation for someone that was going to France.

If it not the 115v thing, let me know and I will bring round another set. This is a first for us and would like to get hold of the set you have to investigate the problem.

What range are you getting when charged, it may just be the diode?
