Woods/Dunlop Inner Tubes

How can you tell the tyre pressures when your bike (Agattu) is fitted with inner tubed with Wood/Dunlop valves?

You can't I'm afraid, they are a left over from the days when everyone cycled and judged with their fingers pressing on the tread.

Strangely still popular on the continent, in my opinion only useful in their simplest rubber sleeve form for third world countries having limited resources.
