Yalu external controller mid drive.

Noticed this one on Aliexp as I often peruse the site, a mid drive with 1.23 gearing ration about similar ratio to the bbs01 made by Yalu company.
It utilises an exteranl controller so in theory any controller & lcd could be used.
Drive is sinewave/sensored with side case motor cabling exit on the LHS.
Fit a KT 9 or 12 fet controller and Bob's you uncle no more issues with blown controllers or water issues.

After seeing it I wandered over to ES to see if anyone has mentioned it and as expected they have, apparently the drive unit is lightweight at 1.7kgs.

Yeah they would. The same people who drive around like eejits in clapped out 1 litre hatchbacks with stoopid exhausts that amplify the sound to sound like a 5l muscle car
