Really enjoying this bike. However broke the main on/off switch on the bars. Opened it up thinking that I could repair it. It is a tiny surface mount component which I was unable to solder back on. Just put some solder across the terminals so taking the battery on and off is now the switch [emoji3] Anyone foresee any problems with this? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Any technology is "cheating". Let's get back to running through the forests naked. The problem is cultural perception. In somewhere like the Netherlands cycling is utilitarian transport but in the U.K. Cycling clubs perpetuate the myth that everyone should be the next Bradley Wiggins. I now commute to work on an Oxydrive hybrid conversion and keep up with my son and his mates at weekends on an eMTB. Activities at my age,56, my father would never have contemplated.
