is the battery on or off the bike im asking because i had a similar problem and found that after several trys the battery would charge but only on the bike

recelling the battery with upgraded cells is not very cheap either i was quoted 245 for the standard batteries (equivalent to whats in the case already) and 295 for upgraded cells which increase the range significantly

try plugging in the charger again battery then mains

so everything works the motor starts when you pedal

getting the battery recelled would be the way forward imho if everything works

the driver units are fairly tough unless you do something stupid like i did do you have the charger

washing up liquid is a good rubber lubricant

I have this as part of a kit i bought this kit has a 36volt 500w motor its from ebc i have not been able to get everything right on the screen it works on throttle only and the display does not show volts or the battery bars on the top the pas does not work either any help with the settings would be appreciated thanks Mark

the lights i would like to use are from the giant ebike that is being converted i am hoping these will work, if not i will have to get some battery lights until i can get replacements. the battery is a 36volt frame mount and the voltage was 42 when i measured it this morning
