  1. Sorry didn't think. I blame it on old age!!. My bike is a Woosh Rio MTB. I have uploaded a photo of the frame which hopefully may help
  2. Hi Nealh. I think that this is getting beyond my basic knowledge. Where is the controller and is it easy to replace. Also how would I know if the new controller would be suitable? Is this a job for a professional?
  3. Thanks for the reply. Think I may need to have a rethink.
  4. I am considering changing my Lishui KD58C ebike display for a larger clearer screen. I have the Bafang hub motor BFSWX02. How do I go about purchasing a new display from all the different ones online. If it is possible to change how difficult a job would it be. Is it a job for DIY or should I look to a professional to change . Hoping somebody can assist me. in my quest Many thanks in advance.
  5. Hi I purchased a Rio Mountain bike off yourselves about five years ago. It is still going fine but I was wondering if it is possible to replace the Lishui KD58C display with a larger screened model. At the moment I am struggling to read the small screen whilst riding. Also if it is possible how difficult would it be? Look forward to a reply
  6. Hi Peter I have had my Rio for nearly 12 Months and covered about 900 miles mainly on road and cycle paths. Really pleased with the bike and its range. I am sure you will get good support from Woosh on purchase and aftercare. Have only had two small problems which I fixed myself with good instructions and parts from Woosh.
  7. Hi I ride a Rio and have done for around 6 months. I usually ride with power on 1 or 2 and use the throttle on any major hills (which is quite a few in South Devon).I have managed over 60 miles on the battery with still a couple of segments on the battery indicator. I weigh around 95kg, which is slowly coming down, mainly on roads and cycle paths with little proper off road use. Have had a couple of minor problems both dealt with by myself with very good support and guidance from Woosh. Hope this helps.

Hi Having a small problem with my Rio MTB. Whilst riding on power level 1 or 2 it appears to jump up to level five on handlebar display. This is not an issue going up hill as I often use the throttle to climb hills but on the flat it is obviously using more battery power and reducing range. If I stop peddling it goes back to normal but as soon as I start peddling again it goes up on the power monitor. This does not happen on every occasion but more often than not. Hope someone has an idea of the problem as my riding range is being restricted from my usual 50-60 miles on full battery
  10. Hi Nealh Many thanks for your response and suggestions. Woosh have been in contact and they are replacing the part. Many thanks. Leema
  11. Hi Nealh Do you know how I would go about solving this?
  12. Hi all Went out for a ride today and after about 4 miles I lost pedal power. The rear Hub motor was working fine and I was able to change gear but there was no connection with the pedals when pedalling forward. almost like free wheeling. I was able to get home using the throttle and turning the pedals but wondered if anybody has any suggestions as to the problem? I ride a Woosh Rio bike which for the past 4 months from new has been working fine.
  13. Thanks for comment Perseus. Sounds logical so will think about it
  14. Thanks for input Warwick another to add to the list. Will need to look at spec to see if extra cost is worthwhile. Trouble is knowing what parts are worth paying more for
  15. Thanks Juicybike will certainly look into hiring for a day
  16. Thanks will look into Wisper ebikes
  17. Live in Torbay.
  18. Thanks for input. On the website it states 26" Wheels but you recommended the 27.5" Wheels. Any particular reason for this?
  19. Considering buying my first e bike. Have ridden a mtb up to a couple of years ago but now retiring and looking for a bike for leisure use both on and off road (no commuting thank goodness). Am 69 and 5'10 weighing around 15 -16 stone. Looking for an bike that can assist up hill mainly as live in Devon but still wish to pedal as well to keep fit and hopefully loose weight. Looking to spend £1300 or there abouts. Any suggestions to make the purchase easier will be much appreciated.
