Electron Cycles built bike seeking service and repair Midlands area
Welcome Dan. Can`t help you with your issue, but hopefully someone else can. May`be not wise to advertise your mobile number.

The development of the brand new 2020 Wispers... in Pictures!
The bike looks fantastic. Tempted to upgrade from my 2018 806SE. I`ll hopefully get a test drive when a demonstrator arrives with Neill in Edinburgh.

Opening a shop, which brands are the best??
CaptainCol, I have a Wisper bike and I`m on the West Coast of Scotland. It`s not always the `big` brands that get interest, sometimes the smaller brands and retailers have better customer relationships and back up service. A bit like small family owned car dealers!

Hello
David, you need to read more on the downloadable app for Giant bikes. That model of Giant bike was at the top of my list also, until I researched in greater detail. The bike is apparently great, the app the exact opposite.

New trailer & passenger seat
That`s handy, carrying a toilet with you when you are out on the bike! Wouldn`t have thought of that.

Battery charging, how often
I read it just in case there is actually something to do with electric bikes. Not much of it recently, though.

Is the frame size suitable for a rider who is 5'7" (1.7m)? ...short inside leg...!

E-bike Catches Fire
I think the battery was located on the tube beneath the saddle. That appears to be the seat of the fire.

ROUGH GROUND RIDING
Hi David, welcome to the forum. Whilst I can`t answer your question, I can advise that this is, at most times, a friendly forum. Your use of CAPITAL letters appears as though you are "shouting". I suspect that you are unaware of this. Anyway, it is a very useful forum with a lot of people with knowledge of e bikes. Stay tuned.
