Hi, I have a bike with BBSO2B middrive Bafang motor. At present I am using a 48V 13ah battery and getting about 30 miles range. I want to go for longer rides and I am looking at getting a 48V 20ah battery that I have been informed should give me about 50 miles. I would like help in finding a reputable company where I could buy a well made reliable battery. I live in the UK , Nort East England. I have been looking on Ebay and Amazon there are so many and averaging about £250. Much appreciate any advice and suggestions.

Hi thanks for the feedback. If it was a faulty Hall sensor then would you get no power from motor at all as it is ,I can ride for 8 miles the Error 42 would come on and after switching power on /off several times, I would be able to ride away. Sometimes it would come on several times during a short ride sometimes only couple of times.

Hi folk, need some life changing advice. I am having intermittent E42 , motor/cable, error. Halfords don't check cable for fault, they change motor and cable as one, around £450. My question is, I would like to get a kit that includes wheel with rear hub, controller, and display. I would use my present battery 36V. I am looking at something that will last and is reliable. Many thanks.

Hi , I have a working Carrera Crossfire and the wheel spins backwards on that although with slight resistance but this bike with the fault does not spin at all.

Thanks for reply. I have pulled the connector apart there are no pins bent and they are all shiny and making good contact. I was not sure about the back wheel not spinning freely backwards.
