  3. What ever battery you buy make sure that the connectors on can fit the battery you buy , (they are not all the same)
  4. Yes Trex, and when you have paid back the money on the agreement they keep it( that piece of paper is worth the amount written on it) just like a bank note, and put it in there pool and sell it again and again THATS THEFT

  7. I Think lots of scotts fell for the labour hike about more powers for scottand if they voted to stay with the union, turned out they still havnt got any, and so voted labour out and S N P in. Had they voted to leave the union they would have had all the powers they wanted any way
  8. cawh put freewheel tool in place then screw the nut on just enough to hold the tool in place, then use your socked +bar, it turns anticlock wise
  9. mike iv used rivenuts on brake bosses a few times in the past but having said that iv also bronze welded them to, mostly so i could fit a front carrier, d8veh is right about buying car paint i think its 1/2 ltr min.
  10. jonathan , you can buy v brake bosses on ebay, drill holes and use a riv nut (ebay) as for the paint most car paint company should be able to match the color, or you could try bankrupt bike parts for forks they tend to have old stock on which most of these fitments are on
  11. cawh go on to youtube and type in RJ THE BIKE GUY. shows how to take them off, even without the proper tools how to strip + rebuild them +brakes ,wheels ,converting from 7 to 10 speed even how to expand the rear stays

In the course of my work pole inspector ( NOW RETIRED) I cut thru fields with cows often i noticed that at times they would crowed me depending on the time of day (feeding times) but the worst thing was in a field with two horses who charged me i dropped the tool+ladder and run jumping over a stondyke wall , had to call police for help turned out that the horses where semi wild, :eek:never knew i could run that fast
  15. Did the same on a whoosh cd with a Mirrycycle , worked fine, good steady mirror
  16. Thanks for that d8veh, sorted now working

Having read Through this thread( and laughing) my only thought has been to return to sender from the outset, as i cant use that amount of batterys and dont want them around the house or out buildings , i was going to post them at the cost of 7.55 po but that would mean i would be out of pocket, so i mailed the sender telling him this and asked him to to have them up lifted by courrier, he still has not got back to me yet i agree with what flecc and d8veh both said, The funny thing is this also happened to me in jan this year, i bought a 750 watt jig saw they sent 3 i told them there mistake they said they have two uplift still waiting on that happing. why me i am one of those people whom if i borrowed a pound from some one i would hunt them down to paye it back
