Thanks again [mention=3847]saneagle[/mention], as a rear flasher, that's very good. The lasers must surely become disappeared by the glare of bright headlights, but I keep mine flashing. One of it's frickin' laser beams is visible in this pic:

Thats a good deal. And they had the 500wh one you can use to extend also for the same price. Unfortunately they've sold out of that one and I dont need the tube version.

 

CRC had a Tern Node long tail cargo folding bike down from £1900 to £519.35, though sold out now. That would have been an ideal donor bike for a conversion.

I was thinking of a tern node once but gave up after I saw one that became two and suffered the failures of previous tern models.

For anyone thinking about a cargo trailer, there are a couple of secondhand used but not pristine Burley kids trailers on Ebay just now, collection only, so only useful if you are close enough. Good enough for shopping, maybe not for kids.

 

Also the flatbed, brand new including postage at a significantly reduced price.

Loading is only 100lbs/45kg so one has to choose carefully if wanting heavier loads , for this only the Carryfreedom offers in the same form factor a heavier 90kg load if not attached by QR skewers. Other wise the burley should be a good buy , I can vouch for the sturdyness of the cf and it's loading ability.
