Hi guys, I'm re-assembling a Suntour HESC700c rear hub motor, the feather key that locks the planetary clutch onto the shaft is missing.

I don't have a set of callipers to hand to measure it so was wondering if I could find a spec sheet somewhere with the key size detailed?

You can measure with a tape measure or ruler. They're always a standard size, so you only need to measure to the nearest mm. You get the length from the shaft and the width from either the shaft or the other bit.

If you lost it, have a look at anywhere that's magnetic on the motor. That's where they usually end up.

Do you have a photo of what need .

The member who was going to start fixing motors but gave it up through illness found some bits on Ali Express he sent me back a box of disassembled motors but I am not sure what you need so I may have it .

You can have one if I have it .
