Kt3 LCD Dillinger 1000w problem

Hi guys , I have a problem with my Dillinger kit 1000 w 48 v ( 6 ah battery).
I bought a kt3 LCD and it doesn't works correctly.
The battery level is not recognized .
Also some one know about magnets number in Dillinger 1000 w?
Please help me

6ah for the suggested kit isn't much.
Battery voltage may need setting in the P or C settings.

I try to set up on 15 but isn't recognized.
So the problem could be a battery?

How can you assume that, it's pure guess work on your part ?
Confirm the battery voltage with a meter.
Have you tried the C settings ?
C12 is voltage mode.

P5 15 also works with 36v so the lcd isn't recognising the dual voltage so might think its 36v instead of 48v.
Leave setting on 15 turn bat off and remove it, fully charge it and reconnect. Turn on and go for ride it should then recognise the voltage. Once it learns, it should be ok.

9 pin motor wire having 6 hall wires denotes internal speed sensor usually carried by the white wire.
P2 setting 1 for speed signal if one pulse per revolution if not try all up to 6.
Still no link to your kit you got.

Still nothing.
The throttle is working, pas is working but I can't set the assistance

i was going to suggest setting the p and c settings to what they should be, ie check they are what they are supposed to be but it could just be a simple case of the LCD unit being faulty? have you tried to contact them about it?

It might not be compatible. Is it a KT controller? One of the C settings isfor communication protocol. You could try that.
