could you list what the p and c settings are showing one by one? this will rule out it being an issue with the settings as the 1000w settings are different to 250w, it can cause these kind of issues

Having re read the thread from the start, it now appears that the LCD3 isn't compatible with controller. The LCD we now learn wasn't supplied with kit so the programming protocols are different it seems.
As d8veh has said a pic of the aluminium controller box, the one which the motor and battery wires goes to will help to confirm .

Hmmm, it is a KT controller.
The next issue is whether the controller is at all lcd compatible as it was supplied with led controller which usually utilises 4 wires instead of 5 in the case of lcd's.

Edit:
The led was an 880 yes and it had 5 wires yes ?
If s C11 is a protocol setting, may be some one else can confirm and try changing.

Try C11=0. I think that's what they normally use. If that doesn't do it, you probably have a problem on your 5v somewhere, like the throttle or PAS connector has wires crossed. Unplug everything except the battery and the LCD, then plug in one at a time starting with the motor.

Your C11 is set for 1 which is for lcd1 & lcd2 protocol.
C11 set to 0 is for LCD3 protocol.

One question I can't answer is the lcd3 reads 12s (50.4v) does it have an issue reading 13s (54.6v) and so will not display the battery meter.
