If its really needed... then most of the squirty Silicones will do the trick, and I prefer XT60 cos they are more water resistant by design. Bit ott for this voltage / current purpose so I could be persuaded to consider something lesser... maybe :p

As your building a water 'resistant' battery box into the frame, I'd be inclined to have a socket covered by a waterproof flap on the side near the top in that, then you can use much better and cheaper plugs / sockets like deans or xt60 I think a soft flap would be easier for you to construct...

Depending on how old it is and the battery chemistry, and if the battery pack has its own BMS (battery management ) they are quite reliable ... but the short answer is that all the things you mentioned will reduce the life, but as well your list, remember that they only have a finite life based...
