    Cheap Brompton Conversion Kit?

How many km do you plan to do Pat? On a cute85, I would say you would use around 7wh/km if you peddle. With this pack you would have 36V X 20AH = 720WH / 7wh/km = 102 km autonomy? Do you plan to do more than 100km daily? You can probably get a 10AH and "only" have 50 km distance if you...

Hello there, I recently discovered a new must have tool: THE GLUE LINED HEATSHRINK!! I used to use standard heatshrink to protect and insulate with wires. But glue lined heatshrink are so much more stronger. Once cured the glue become strong and spread nicely the stress across the wires. I...

Cylamatic Power Plus Battery Slowly Dying

Definitely worth it to get more capacity. I have a huge battery pack of 11kg and 20AH on a small Brompton. But I feel so relieved to always have enough power to go home :)

Cylamatic Power Plus Battery Slowly Dying

Yeah it requires a little bit of work. What's the inner size of your aluminium battery box? You can potentially remove the actual battery and fit 2 lipo pack inside. It would then directly slot into your bike and the aluminium case should protect the pack quite nicely.

    Cycling under the rain

hmm.. I completely get your point. But I have the feeling I can still try it slowly. Why would they invent cycle umbrella if they can't be used with a little bit of wind? Worth see. If that doesn't work... well, we'll know! (no I don't plan to go under a bus)

Cylamatic Power Plus Battery Slowly Dying

I'm selling my lipo if you want to get them. I have 4 Zippy 5S8AH, which is an equivalent of 37V16AH battery. In term of capacity, it's roughtly the double capacity of what you'll find on the market for 2 times cheaper. You can see my ad here: Endless-sphere.com • View topic - 4 *...

    Battery problem

I also think you would need to open your pack to see if there is any wiring issue. But as other mentioned, if you're still under warranty, it's probably preferable to ship it back.

Do you have a voltmeter? If so, you can try to see if there is still voltage on your battery.

However, today was... WINDY :( The umbrella completely reversed then fly away from its own stand... :( I believe my £4 umbrella was useless and I need to invest for an expensive Senz umbrella... :(

    Unusual folding MTB e-bike

oh ok sorry. I thought you said it was from America. I think what is possible is to directly buy the bike from china. The shipping cost is crazy, but you end up paying the same price as buying it here. That's what I did with my first bike.
