Battery brought back to life by d8veh

You know there's an irreversible change takes place in lithium cells when they get down that low? Cells of mine that have gone that low get binned, no second chance for them.

    The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo

He's been Embrised - lived there for 18 years and can't remember what a proper fish supper is like. It's salt and vinegar, nothing else. Only the weird folk in the East have sauce on their chips in the shop. Have it at home, in the privacy of your front room, with your feet up in front of the...

Using a Kalkhoff Battery with a Hub Motor Kit?

You could open it up and take off power from the normal place.

    Is it really that bad.?

What company name have you removed? The bike? Who cares? It's your bike, you can put a photo of your bike anywhere you like and the company can't touch you for it - in fact, they should be grateful for the advertising.

36v 1000w sine wave controller and display

Fine - they supplied my motor and controller. The usual slow-boat delivery, but no problems. I was hoping their 'new controllers' would be sine-wave, but no mention of that; it seems to simply refer to the integrated LCD panel.

SALES OFFER... Two Bosch 300Wh batteries for the price of one!

Ah; a Darwin device - bit late for that, though, as I presume the old gimmers had already reproduced. Now, if it had been promoted to younger, stupider people, it would have worked better. Actually, that's the first I've heard of that problem with it - most seemed to think it worked well enough...

    Wonderful Whitfield Welcome....to all cyclists

It could do with a local picture gallery - I hadn't the foggiest what it looked like around there. Also, a pic of the shop in its setting so people know where to look for it. The shot of the front is all well and good, but where in the village is it, kind of thing? I would just look at...

Perhaps someone with a need for the frame or even, at a stretch, someone who knows how to re-shape it.

    ~Is 15 MPH enough? Discuss

More power, more speed, yeah. Actually, even with 750W in my back wheel, after the initial rush of enthusiasm for it, I have tended to cruise along at 18 or 20mph, as above that it canes the batteries. My throttle is tempered by the ammeter most of the time and that just happens to be the speed...

    Hurrah! Hurrah!

I'm the same; I put my car off the road a year ago and just been using my motorbike and motorised bicycle - the motor bike for longer journeys, of course. The money I've saved is all going to the same end as the money I'm saving by vaping - it builds me stuff. :0

Yep; that's the same as the one I bought - it's crap. It breaks above the pivot point.
