That's much the same as me. I find that medium frames (50cm / 20") with the saddle raised up a bit are most comfortable. I wouldn't have thought you needed a small framed bike and you certainly shouldn't find it difficult to find a bike is suitable. Do you know what size the Kudos is?

I don't know the technicalities but in my experience the 26v Panasonic motor (that I tried on a Swiss Flyer) was completely gutless compared with the 36v Bosch and Kalkhoff Impulse motors. Also, my 48v Brompton conversion is way more powerful than both of these.

Gepida are made in Hungary. I have tried the Bosch powered Gepida and it's a pretty good bike. However, I would agree with Tim, the Kalkhoff is better (and is better value).

That looks like the Pro Connect X27 which is a fantastically specced bike for the money. I have both the Pro Connect and Agattu and ride them both regularly. I'm a crank drive fan but the Xion motor is beginning to change my mind for all but the steepest of terrains. I'm sure you'll find both...
