If you mean pedalling say PAS 1 and using the throttle at the same time then mine will over- ride the PAS level and hit full power. I would have to look at my settings. EDIT I think mine are the same as yours however c14=3 I never did feel like c14 does much

Brute force - another reason why a tiny stretch is what I would consider ok, but if you have to over stretch then its a good idea to re-asses - One more notch for a front hub IMO

Is there different types/quality of zinc nuts? are they zinc plated steel? any recommendations/specifications one would look for if you've completely gnarled up your OEM nuts? I know that all nuts are not made equally.
