The amateurish web site, video and, as NRG pointed out, the changing price, doesn't make this very attractive or credible.

I do my 14 mile trip in 55 minutes without breaking into a sweat. This is on a Kalkhoff Pro Connect with the gear raised by replacing the rear sprocket with a 19 tooth one from the original 23 tooth. I find this gearing just right for commuting and for general use.:)

I see this as very good news. An 18 Ah battery that is compatible with so many models is surely a good thing, whether it is produced by Panasonic or not.:)

I guess what we all want to know now is when will it be available and for how much?:)

An 18 Ah battery that slots into my Pro Connect and works without any mods needed, with the same charger, and only costs a little more than the 10 Ah battery would be perfect!
