    Woosh - more dreadful service

agreed. However, this case is simply sods' law. ParcelForce had no problem delivering goods to dmsims' house, collecting from it failed because his house is in a street with no name. With hindsight, Hatti should have sent dmsims the local depot's contact name and phone number.

    Woosh - more dreadful service

Tillson, I don't think ParcelForce is that rubbish. You conveniently forgot that Hatti chose ParcelForce because they don't use conveyor belt, your box does not run the risk of being dropped by a machine. dmsims's house does not have a house number nor a street name. I quote Hatti: 'This...

Low step through bike for elderly lady, advice appreciated

It can be done but not a slot in job, the controller box in front of the battery needs changing for the bigger battery. I guess Woosh will introduce a 15AH Petite at some time, for £100 more. By the way, this bike is designed/specified by Hatti @ Woosh for herself.

eddie, quantity is never equal quality, I am totally with you on that. But if you sit on your boxes, the world is not going to wait for you. It's only after you've sold your boxes that you can start on a new batch, with the added benefit of accumulated experience and skills.

    Woosh - more dreadful service

I bought their stock and about to buy some more, so I feel I should present some defence on their behalf. a) they've got there at the end, b) somebody let them in the house/cellar, their driver can't be Superman with X-Ray vision and c) There must be a reason why they've missed 3 collections...

sorry, I mean sales turnover. They have high value products and extremely competitive on price, kind of Woosh on German made stuff, they'd run rings around KTM and Haibike channels any day.

No, I don't think so. I think FWG are the leader in volume in Chinese bikes. 50Cycles are leaders in value. Woosh may have highest growth potential because they still have not tapped the normal distribution channels.

Low step through bike for elderly lady, advice appreciated

julie, if your Mum can wait a little bit, the new Woosh Petite would be good. It has 24" puncture resist tyres, low saddle height, 10AH battery (about 25 mile range), LCD, throttle and pedelec. It's basically a smaller version of the Woosh Santana for riders from 4ft10 to 5ft5. The top of the...

for you yes, but it's not the general case. Most nice bikes don't have any space between the BB and the crank to fit the PAS disc and sensor, wrong rear dropout width, more cabling etc.

    Does size really matter?

Not that long ago Dave. Your company was quite small back in 2008, that's public records, for anyone to google up. You've done extremely well since, there is no doubt about you've won more battles than you've lost, but if you have to resort to dirty tactics, that says a lot about you as a...

the 18A version should have more oomph, where he lives is as flat as Holland, he's young, trim and can pedal. The BBS01 can go on any bike, use any wheelset and safe in novices' hands. a BPM kit needs to be fitted by a good mechanic.

    Woosh Sport CD Bottle Battery

The controller is in the base, easy to detach but you would not have to. To fit a long bottle, unscrew the base, screw in the new longer alloy mounting rail, no need to buy a new controller. or buy a spare battery from Woosh for £200 if you need to double the range.

he's got £600. I suggested an 18A BBS01 kit. That's about the cheapest he can get away with to reach 25mph. He'll need a 700C bike with 11T-34T cassette.
