Using UK 13amp plug appliance wire to connect controller to battery?

35mins continuous use on throttle. The 74sx has a 12.6 internal gear ration so one should be able to pedal above any cut off speed if set low enough to eke out the range. I set my cut off to 22km/h as the hub pedals nicely with no assist, just nice to have the acceleration when starting off in...

Using UK 13amp plug appliance wire to connect controller to battery?

One can't use TA's afaict as the axle is 10mm dia with only the very inner part having shoulders to sit in the drop outs, the motor cable exit is the same as my Bafang G370 and one can't fit a TA. Mine is fitted in cromoly forks.

From the graph one is likely to get approx. 35 mins use before the cut out occurs. As was mentioned the pack BMS doesn't use a BMS so you will rely on the controller at 30v, going that deep will likely stress and age the cells quicker. I reckon you might get a good year out of them

Using UK 13amp plug appliance wire to connect controller to battery?

My assisted range from the 6ah set up is only in PAS 1 with a KT 22a S09S, I'm only drawing 2.5a current (so really getting about 5.2ah from the pack) as I have dialled the power down to 19a and PAS 1 is frugal at only giving 13% current. Plenty for my flat terrain use.

Using UK 13amp plug appliance wire to connect controller to battery?

For the pair nominal wh will be approx.4ah/144wh With throttle use one will draw 7a from each pack so one might see approx. 3.2ah/115wh from a pair. With throttle use wh per mile is going to be high so one would say about 20wh + pm or maybe 6 miles for the pair but depends how bad they do...

Using UK 13amp plug appliance wire to connect controller to battery?

With the parksides at 7a discharge one will get about 3.2ah from a pair and if planning on maxing them out about 2 ah total. At a modest 2a discharge then one might see 3.8ah to give maybe up to 15 miles in assisted range if ones wh per mile usage is sub 9wh. My smallest battery is 12s2p...

Can anyone help with a D2 throttle problem?

The throttle then should also give 5v or so, as I mentioned most controllers use 5v for all peripheral items.

Using UK 13amp plug appliance wire to connect controller to battery?

Most decent well know branded power tool cells are of high rate discharge, one reason the Sam 30q was developed for this reason. Even a decent drill needs a lot of torque/power to drive home say a 4" screw so the cells need to be able to deliver. One would assume they are min 10a and could be...

    Lightweight rear hub kit

One has to be careful with the grin advise as it is american and often they only use larger powered D/D hubs. The akm100/128 and similar size hubs can all use 2X in a larger wheel format like 26" or over, other wise 1X in small wheel format. The more crosses one can lace then the stronger more...

    Elife grande motor

The loud noise isn't often anything to do with the hub, but more often attributed to a bad phase connection. The noise often sounds like the hub but is usually a loud cracking electrical sound.

    Elife grande motor

The reason for the motor not kicking in as you put it, is most likely the the PAS sensor or magnet is not aligned correctly. It is found on the bottom bracket and often behind the chain wheel. Check the sensor fitting is firmly fitted and not loose, check the magnet disc is also firm on the...
