Hall sensor anomaly, KT-LCD5 Info 03 error code - Help Please!!

And turn the wheel slowly. Don't spin it. There is a scenario where they could blow all at once, but it doesn't fit with you getting a temparary problem that fixed itself and other facts you have given.

Hall sensor anomaly, KT-LCD5 Info 03 error code - Help Please!!

It can't be a controller problem because the voltage is coming from the halls, not the controller. You're right to be suspicious. It's highly unlikely that they all failed together. I still think it's a measuring problem.

Hall sensor anomaly, KT-LCD5 Info 03 error code - Help Please!!

The 03 code was probably because you didn't have your motor connector far enough in. Hall sensors can't go faulty, then fix themselves. Check your motor connector again just to make sure. It must be in all the way to the line, not just in tight.

OP's bike is an Oxygen S-cross that has brakes without cables. Instead, they have hydraulic hoses, like on a motorbike or car.

At 42.2v, it's fully charged and will switch off the charge port. A KT controller has a time delay before the charge state updates. Ride your bike for a bit and watch it change to fully charged.

Hall sensor anomaly, KT-LCD5 Info 03 error code - Help Please!!

The motor halls have to switch for the motor to work. Were you turning the wheel backwards when you tested because the motor doesn't turn when you push it forwards? There are a few potential causes of battery not charging starting with the 5 amp charge fuse. If that's not it, open the battery...

    Intermittent cut out

If you have a normal sized disc, you'll be fine. 70mm is normal. Panic over.

    Intermittent cut out

As I said, the Freego I fixed that had a section broken out of the disc had a very large disc. All will be resolved when they measures theirs. It's easy to check. I'm only warning of a potential problem. There are a lot of different models and versions of Freegos.

    Intermittent cut out

Hold on there, you're too quick. Can you measure the diameter of the disc? The one I fixed with the same problem on a Freego had a larger than usual one (about 80 - 90 mm), which is why I had to bodge the only one I had that size (see below). Normal discs are about 65mm, so the magnets don't...

    Intermittent cut out

Have a look at the pedal sensor behind the chainwheel. there are two potential problems which would cause what you describe: Firstly, the magnet disc could be slipping on the shaft. Put some light finger pressure on it while you turn the crank. If that stops the magnet disc from turning, then...

    eBike Brake Wiring Question

Just to add to what I wrote above, to connect a three wire brake switch to a 2-wire connector, the two wires are signal and ground. They must be connected the right way round with ground to ground and signal to signal, then you can add the 5v to the third wire. If you need help identifying which...

Yose Power 350w 36v rear cassette kit with their 36v 10ah bottle battery £386

You don't need new motor internals to fix the speed reading. In fact, it won't help at all, as the magnet is in the hub, not the motor core. Your problem is almost certainly caused by an incorrect setting in the LCD, where you have set the speed sensor magnets to 6 instead of 1 ,so it's reading...

    BBS01 grease

Unless it's changed, Bafang life cycle test is 30,000 miles, though that's under lab conditions. 1200 is a bit on the low side. I think a normal one would last a lot longer, so no need to panic, but a decent greasing wouldn't do any harm. Don't fill it with grease, like in the video. Not only...
