    Bafang mid drive

That sounds like a hall sensor problem. Check that the connector is in properly. They can get held off by the white silicone sealant they put on them.

    Hello

You need to think three or four years down the road. How long has your battery been in production? How long did the previous one last? The same applies to motors and control systems. My advice is always to stick with standard and long-lived systems unless you don't mind converting your bike into...

The tale of a £100 second hand electric bike.

You're making me jealous. I really used to look forward to my daily commutes.. Don't forget that there are other costs apart from petrol, like tyres, oil and filter, plus other random things. I calculated that my car's actual running costs were approximately 1.5 times the petrol cost.

Help! Besv PAS1 help and repair pls

The LCD works independently from the controller regarding switching on, battery display, menus, etc. It needs to communicate with the controller for other functions to work. One or two of the five wires carry battery voltage, depending on whether the LCD is switched on or off. If either of...

    Wisper intermittent power issue

It sounds like it isn't charged. When you charged it, did the charger light start red then go green? What is the battery indicator in the control panel showing and what about the indicators on the battery?

Beat Bike Toba Crossbar (Bike Log)

Most bicycle brakes are self bleeding. Take the lever off and hold it up in the air so the brake hose is vertical all the way to the cylinder, then pump the lever a few times. The only place air gets in is at the top, normally when you turn the bike upside down so it's easy to get back out again.

Remember that Powabyke throttles give a backwards signal, so you need to reverse the magnets in a normal throttle for it to work.

    Help with kt controller

Why haven't you connected the hall sensors? It won't be as good without them. To see a speed, you have to have a speed sensor and have it set correctly in the settings. Download the manual for the LCD and go though all the settings.

Dillenger Off Road Electric Bike Kit - Samsung Power

Give Woosh a call and discuss what you're trying to achieve. If they can't give you what you want, you can get a mix and match kit by buying parts from China. There are also quite a few kits on EBay, but avoid those with the large direct drive motors.

    E22 on Carrera Crossfire Ebike

Take the torque sensor off and clean it. At the same time, check that the wires haven't been damaged. Cleaning is a bit tricky. There are tiny thin slots with light emitters and sensors. You have to get in there and clean the crud out.

Salisbury Powacycle- Removal and inspection of motor.

That green PCB with all the crud on it is what's causing your problem. It needs cleaning up. There might be corrosion on the other side too between the legs of the hall sensors. Try undoing the screws that hold it down to see if you can wiggle it up. The hall sensors might be glued into the...

    Upgrading a Carrera Vengance e-bike

You need a 15 amp sinewave controller from Elifebike. Com or Topbikekit.com. get the type that has block connectors, not the sealed waterproof ones. They both have options to select for the other stuff. You must select an LCD (recommend LCD3), a speed sensor and PAS sensor (not the 12 magnet...

    Cable fault 1E error code

A good thread with a happy ending. I'd never seen a double one like that before.. It's been great analysing how they work. All the ones I've used have been single with three wires and a hall sensor inside.
