PART FOR A PEDELEC or SIMILAR, Panasonic 24v or 36v Type

The pronged connector is typical of the type used for battery discharge connections so you could replace both halves, soldering might be required. Also you can get a Hailong version with 4 prongs...

    Hello from new ebike rider

These are much the same by Shimano, I have set on my main 700c off road touring bike and they are faultless. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SET-SHIMANO-ST-M600-HONE-DUAL-CONTROL-HYDRAULIC-BRAKE-SHIFTERS-9-27-SPEED-NEW/392269861651?hash=item5b551b1313:g:L-sAAOxy0NtTFE~D

Hall sensor configuration possibly causing C3 error?

The PAS worked ok before because it was matched and suited to the old controller, it is possible the KT doesn't like it or the wire sequence is incorrect.

    Charging pack to 41V experiment

Well done for giving it a go, although the BMS balance function won't be used you still get the useful lvc to help protect against discharge, as long as cells don't wander to much then balancing shouldn't be needed 0.01v is acceptable and probably 0.02v as well any more then that then balance...

Hall sensor configuration possibly causing C3 error?

Not the motor halls, the PAS sensor also uses a hall sensor some are double halls.

    Woosh Woosh RIO fb Throttle

Recently all of my buys ( four) via Aliexp have been opened and relabelled, I assume to check goods vs values quoted. No duty to pay as they fall under the rated value but multi buy bike chains, chain rings etc,etc have been checked.

Hall sensor configuration possibly causing C3 error?

Yes, plus a third option by shorting two pairs of the display supply wires. The main two options are 99.99% the common option.

Hall sensor configuration possibly causing C3 error?

Is the PAS wire sequence correct with the KT wiring ? Does the sensor have a Red led that blinks every time a magnet passes ? It is possible the KT doesn't like the Powacycle PAS sensor at all as all the 5v lines use the same board track/output so might not necessarily mean the motor is at fault.

Hall sensor configuration possibly causing C3 error?

I have used a sewing needle or very thin flat blade micro screwdriver to tease the barb allowing it to then be pulled. Changing C2 means nothing if you don't know the sensor used is it DL 12, V12L or a std single hall type as one will be guessing all the time if it is a correct setting.

Hall sensor configuration possibly causing C3 error?

Using a seperate sheet of A4 right down each test result when applied ie; noise made, rotation, stuttering, smoothness of operation.

Hall sensor configuration possibly causing C3 error?

Also for C1 we need to know the PAS type/desination in use as the wrong setting can render PAS operation useless. On another thread a guy was at the point of frustration as he couldn't get any power from the motor via PAS, simply the C1 value was incorrect for the sensor in use. He changed it...

Hall sensor configuration possibly causing C3 error?

You can try changing C2 to see if any of them change the phase/hall configuration. Other wise you can try to manually swap the hall/phase sequence to see if any combo works (in all there are 36 possibles), we had the same problem on another thread where the phase angle was different and the chap...

    length of lockdown?

The virus is real and life threatening, anyone not believing this is deluding them selves. It is a Pneumonia based virus that attacks the lungs in a very severe way and deadly to a % of the population of all ages. I expect a % of the population may have contracted it without knowing so or...

    Hello

But still a good chunk of the actual input to propel the bike, still assisting the rider. Most might not/wouldn't ride a push bike 40 miles but will easily do so with an assisted bike that it the point I make about comparing the difference. The human energy input used is so much different. One...

    are my dropout too big?

The fitting is aweful unless damage has been caused by the axle. I tried the BPM in Rockshok forks with AR washers and TA's they still cracked and broke, they were just not substantial enough to resist the fatigue. The Suntour fork I used for a front hub were these in the link below. They are a...
