    Does the motor wheel spin freely with no power ? Double check you have mounted the motor wheel correctly and that it isn't being hindered

    The Santroll at 20mm is quite thin you will have to get your Blue Peter kit out and make up a card box 86 x 52 x 31 or 94 x 61 x 35 to see if it they will fit which is about as small as you will get for 15a controller if you want a wee bit more power a 17a controller is the same size.

    If you have the extender battery I would use it other wise you will lose it, save wearing just one battery out all the time use them both on a ride half and half if possible then they will last many many years if looked after properly.

    You should be looking for a battery capable of 25 -30a continuous. Enerprof.de in Germany also has an ebay presence. If you go the China route you will be hit by charges, duty, vat & courier handling fee.
