    New Gov Commuting Initiative

Any money will end up in London mostly. We need more dedicated cycle/scooter/pedestrian lanes lanes on main routes properly divided to prevent other vehicles using them (and not painted silly lines on a bit of road). Cut dual carriageways down to one lane and 40mph with a hard barrier to...

Advice please.... Pro Rider E-Wayfarer controller.

As long as the hub is 250w then it is legal, ideally should be marked. For testing/certifying then about 7a is what is used for the 250w nominal rating. The 250w rating being governed by copper windings used inside, a hub rated with a higher nominal wattage would over heat through inefficiency...

    Freego Eagle Intermittent Power Fault

Did the fault occur before the battery refurb ? Might be a broken copper inner within a cable's outer and is giving an intermittent connection.

    Hiya.

I suspect you will be back OMR with concerns about your battery performance at some time, that is another ball game.

Forgot A2B bikes won't work with any old battery as they use CANbus hand shaking protocols between components (a locked in system like Bosch and others use), these type of batteries with the CANbus system afaik don't allow discharge voltage to be measured at the pin outs. These bikes don't come...

    Hiya.

Hollowtech/Sram GPX BB fit the same size BB shell as a square taper most bikes use the English BB thread size of 33.6mm and shell size of about 34mm.

    Knocking Q128C motor.

I not heard knocking from hubs but you can get leccy resonance or a loud clicking noise as the current supply is interrupted by shorting/bad contact between connections. Though not a motor problem usually at the controller end or as Ben has mentioned at the motor wire connector.

I would be checking the battery discharge voltage first if the display doesn't work, no voltage would indicate a faulty fuse or discharge wire fault.

TongSheng TSDZ2 making a weird noise after 10 minutes use

Try checking the battery is out putting a decent voltage by using a meter to check the discharge voltage at the pins, then check the bullet connectors are firm and tight. Other wise it means unbolting the controller to take measurements then you might get in to warrant issues with the vendor.

Topbikekit sell them though currently about 28 days D2D, they also sell spares, cover plate with hub body, clutch's/planetary gears.

Have you tested the battery discharge voltage with a meter to stat with ?

Advice please.... Pro Rider E-Wayfarer controller.

I did mention in #10 that 22a will be ok if your battery cab support 22a discharge, did you check your battery max continuous current out put.

    Voilamart 250w to 1000w? Battery?

Ideally for those types of kit you need 20a rated cells, LG HG2 , Sony VTC5/6 cells and not just great 10a cells.
