TongSheng TSDZ2 making a weird noise after 10 minutes use

The joys of not buying from the UK, you will have to get back to the seller. Sounds like a faulty controller or a bad connection but as these are basically plug and play straight out of the box it has to be the controller.

Recomend acertified battery for 1000w voilamart wheel?

You wont get a good one for much less then £400 to run a 1kw hub with 30a continuous. You need a battery ideally that can do 40/45a continuous so that it isn't stressed too much...

    H screw loose

It shouldn't be loose, if you have thimble/turn adjustments at the derailleur or trigger try using that adjustment first, if no luck start again with derailleur adjustment. With a stand or wheel airborne I put my trigger in to top gear and slacken off the H & L screws, check cable for tension...

Evan's own RWE expandable top rack bag is robust if you only want that type, with drop down side panniers for carrying light trekking gear. My one is 4 or 5 years old and giving good service, in the top carries extra battery capacity and the sides all my other kit. Spare drink bottle, tools...

Try hall sensor ebike brake levers or 3 wire ebike brake levers. The ones with the Yellow julet connectors will work, either chop off the Julet end and wire/shrink direct or buy short tale Julet female connectors wire /shrink them direct to the controller brake lines and simply plug the brakes...

Help! 36v 17mah rear wheel conversion

I always opt for RH PAS mounting as I don't like the LH option. Have to 100% agree with sjpt remove the battery/s from the bike for safety and to make it a bit lighter.

    Voilamart 250w to 1000w? Battery?

What these sellers don't tell you is the actual price and specs that a really decent 48v battery will cost, the cheap batteries you will be looking at might see you get 12 -15 miles or so.

Spare parts for eco expedition bikes

What type of BB bracket is used ? If it is square tape fitting then the disc has barbs on it that grips the axle, it may be a case that it simply came loose and has now gripped the axle again. May be you have without knowing it managed to get it to grip by moving it or turning it ? If it does...
