    Brexit, for once some facts.

More misquoting. I've not argued that he would never get in power, indeed I've posted that he is very likely to win the next general election. If you wish to quote, do the decent thing as I do and use the forum's quote facility to display the actual words posted. .

    Cooper E

As so often with new e-biking introductions, he clearly hasn't done enough market research. This won't meet what the majority want from e-biking. But of course a few will fall for the Cooper name association, just as they do with the BMW Mini Cooper. .

    Brexit, for once some facts.

As with all the most serious crime investigators, the counter terrorism officers are part of the Metropolitan Police and under the control of the Commissioner, one Clarissa Dicks. Most will remember the 2005 slaying of completely innocent electrician Jean-Charles Menezes by Met counter...

Has anybody bought Ebike through crowdfunding platform like Indiegogo?

Right. Too risky and the pre publicity is usually hyped. There's such a wealth of good product on the market in every price range, why take the risk and suffer the indeterminate delay? .

Has anybody bought Ebike through crowdfunding platform like Indiegogo?

The motivation is usually greed. People will try to get an advantage and will take risks for a potential benefit. That's why so many transfer huge sums to unknown telephone callers who promise them big returns on "investments" they are offering. When they hear a promise of their money...

Why Isn't Cycling Normal in London?

Not so. The cycling growth has been in commuting which is often over routes extending far outside the slowest central region and the traffic speeds have changed little over time. There's always been a slow central core and many road stretches with 40 mph or more commonplace. Also the highest...

Why Isn't Cycling Normal in London?

But reducing it over the years from a peak of over 20 per year to more like 8, while more than trebling the number cycling is something to write home about. .

Report: Cycling benefits for the elderly

Fully agree. I once bought an exercise machine but couldn't sell it fast enough, I hated using it so much. Better and much less boring to either walk or cycle for exercise. .

Why Isn't Cycling Normal in London?

Untrue, London has roughly a half of the cyclist death rate of the rest of the country. It's been steadily reducing for years. .

I've reported this post to the administrators. I've no objection to your right to argue a point, but you have no right to distort my online name to misrepresent me. I have no Russian connections whatsoever, nor have I ever had. If you have the slightest shred of decency you will apologise. .

Will the price of Ebike go up due to the investigation on China's Ebike?

It's not a done deal at present Brian, the trade dispute the EU claims about dumping and have banded together to try to defeat the introduction. As a precaution some are investigating assembly elsewhere such as Portugal within the EU, or even here in the UK. There's an 18 page thread on this...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Now you are just being insulting. Your obvious phobic hatred of anything ever connected to slightly left of the centre of politics makes you incapable of a balanced and fair judgement. You've just shown that again by posting about the Russian and Corbyn issues in a single post, two things that...

    Are there any British manufacturers?

Yes, Japan with Panasonic and Yamaha complete pedelecs, and they both did it first long before China. Also Taiwan since they make a neat crank motor unit and all other bike and e-bike parts. They may also make other bike motors but I only know of the crank unit. N.B. Crossed with Dewey's post. .

Given our history of lives lost in horrific fires in public venues. I suppose Putin could now blame the UK for the Siberian fire as retaliation. He could claim arson on the basis that the fire was "of a type well known to Britain". .
