How to replace an e-bike tube without removing the wheel.

I use the Gaadi full time in my rear hub Boardman no lumps or bumps, cant' see the point of a normal tube if you are going to have to tie it up, what a faff. Gaadi in and one as a spare for me.

    Crossfire E spares supplier wanted

Battery housing will be most likely oem specific so not likely to find after market match. AR washers are easier if they are fairly generic. 10 x 12 or 10 x 14 ?

Newbie advice - Conversion Kit for bike with Hydraulic Disc Brakes

All my KT's can be set for full throttle or pedals only first. I set/use the pedal only option and prefer it.

Bosch motor, plastic part hanging off

Strong double sided tape should do the job, clean both sides with isopropanol first.

    Over volting 36v hubs.

NLS indicates a mid wound motor so approx. 250- 260 rpm upping voltage to 48v will increase speed/rpm and torque to value of approx. 25%, motor speed will increase to circa 325 rpm. Try to keep motor speed up and not bog down in high gear on hills. On long winding steep inclines motor may get...

A good choice for controller but like all only compatible fully with matching lcd KT lcd's.

    Over volting 36v hubs.

Yes motor winding is copper coil wraps used to determine the rpm. Ignore controller watts and use amp rating as it is the amps rating x battery voltage that will give you the watts/power at the motor minus a bit of inefficacy (cicrca 20%).

    testing controller output

For hall testing you need to wire up controller battery and motor, black probe to gnd wire and then red probe to red wire, you should see 5v. To test other halls halls Black to gnd and red to each colour, rotate motor to se 0 - 5v as halls switch. You can test throttle, connect battery to...

How to replace an e-bike tube without removing the wheel.

I have normal tubes if you pump them up outside of a tyre they will not only fit a 28" / 700c rim they will fit a much larger rim, maybe a penny farthing.

How to replace an e-bike tube without removing the wheel.

Bloody hell Mal, your like and old women on this one !! Mountain out of a mole hill comes to mind. If the Gaddi is 700c it will fit, the ends overlap approx. 3" / 75mm and work perfectly in a 28" or 700c rim. I use them with no problems in my 700c exal 19mm rims. Pump up tube a smidge insert...

Not the right answer that's a loaded speed. Lift the motor wheel off the ground and apply throttle in top assist note the speed reading.

    Conversion kit for a trike?

The best option may be a BBS01B crank drive if the bottom bracket housing is a standard 34mm dia. You would loose the 3 x front rings but will have full throttle you can use, though controllers can be a bit flaky whether they are reprogrammed or not. Another option is a GSM mid drive without...

Indexing issue since swapping to a electric hub

If the inner or outer has a slight kink anywhere then shifting will be rubbish, replace both inner and outer. Fitting a hub motor wont affect how the gears change.

    Over volting 36v hubs.

LCD will handle 48v but it will only be compatible with controller of the same manufacturer. If it is a Lishui it won't work with KT & vice a versa.

    Hello from New Zealand

With my bpm which is 180mm dia, I used a 203mm rotor and adapter to allow calliper fitting, though it was still tight. Noticed you have the hub in wrong, the motor wire needs to exit downwards then looped back up to form a drip loop to prevent moisture ingress.
