Just to say hello and can anybody help me

The Burisch AFAIK has a top speed of 22mph, I have heard of another controller for off road that apparently allows either 30mph or 30a draw not 100% which. In either case it will most likely end to the demise of your battery sooner unless of course the battery is suitable to cope with the draw...

    cyclamatic powerplus issue

38.7v is a good storage voltage, 33 - 34 v is really the min you want to go, at a pinch 32v though any lower is becoming to deep for discharging cells and longevity.

    What would you do?

Although he was no saint, it is partly because these types of muck throwing/clashes that have driven the knowledgeable d8veh away. Childish comes to mind.

I think you can only do it whilst there are no replies, after that as Flecc has said it won't do being able to delete someone else's thought's.

Brake Cut Off - do I need it?

Mostly you don't really need one, if you have no throttle fitted. They are generally quite easy to fit and having one fitted will save your controller or hub from damage should a wire or other fault occur. Two faults that occurred to me on different bikes both throttle related. An intermittent...

ezee torq fault, starts up, odd gauge display, then dies

Trying to fault find and explaining what to do is much harder then physically carrying out the check which I could do all within a couple of hours. All that can be done is to try component testing with a good bit of patience to try and find an issue, aside from trying another battery. The...

ezee torq fault, starts up, odd gauge display, then dies

Those values look very good, did you charge the battery up again as the Green which was under 4.1v now shows 4.2v and no voltage sag also red shows no voltage sag both at 4.2v. It could be there is a fault on the bms discharge side which is impossible to fault find unless there is a bad wire...

Problem with full throttle motor stop pushing

It sounds more like the battery wasn't able to deliver the current draw required by the controller when set for a higher amp draw. You need to tell us a bit more about the battery and cells actually used.

woosh crusa vs kudos safari vs pendleton

When transporting any bike I would always remove the battery to make the bike lighter, one advantage of being easily removable.

How to connect two 36v batteries and NOT getting 72v

As Ben has mentioned his are with in 0.3v when paralleled, 0.5v is the most mine have been connected up as. When equalising only half of the voltage difference amount will flow as they equalise. The important thing is not to have the wiring too thin to cause a bottle neck with flow and heat...

Brake Cut Off - do I need it?

Hub kits use different controller software and can be sensitive with pas. Depends on the makers software and if a throttle is used. Brake sensors have twice saved me from a damaged controller due to wire and moisture issues causing a surge in power when unwanted. Only one is needed to allow...

woosh crusa vs kudos safari vs pendleton

Pendleton lightest of the three due to the puny battery only 8.8ah/317wh. The blurb says 50 miles which is very hopeful, ok if every where is dead flat and a tail wind otherwise 25 - 30 miles is more. Skinny tyres so not so good on gravel or old railway lines, Ok for road. Safari good old work...

To e- or not not e…

In general spinning will be kinder to the knees put less pressure on the joints. For your bikes show a couple of pics but usually adding a kit should pose little problems.

Battery cell question (where to buy)

Nkon +1. Also consider 3100mah VTC6. For BMS I use ann/annpower supplier on Aliexp.

    KT-LCD1 to KT-LCD3

Cyclotricity may have customer optional programming for their KT controllers, so may well have the extra function to suit their illegal dual mode.

    OK to extend PAS cable?

My KT's are in saddle bag or in under slung top tube bag, though I have added air holes and some extra heat sink. No issues with heat. Extending pas is no problem as long as you don't get wire order wrong, for insulation the self adhesive heat shrink is another option for keeping the joint...

    Spare charger purchase

The 5 pin ones like that aren't common and most likely to OEM rather then after market, though you may find on one ebay or amazon. Other wise the best option seems to be the one linked to by Cyclebuddy.

ezee torq fault, starts up, odd gauge display, then dies

1.2v sag generally doesn't suggest much is wrong over the whole battery but if it is occurring with just one cell then instant cut out as you are seeing is the lvc doing it's job. Testing and checking for a fault is time consuming but in the end cheaper then swapping out components for the sake...

    Spare charger purchase

As long as the charger connector is the same you can use any 42v 2a charger such as a Sans charger. Have a look on ebay as petrol scooter do various chargers. Show us a pic of the charger connector.

    Hello

Kit builds are easy to diagnose if a fault occurs, no dealer or lengthy delays having no bike. As parts ( if under warranty) are easy to get hold of. With the likes of Woosh and Wisper just to mention two, both carry spares and are often with you in 48hrs. Also in the future electrics...
