Often for the good stuff you have to go via China be it direct from a kit seller or Aliexpress. Typically anything from 1 - 4 weeks for parts. Often we all want if faster but have to just wait and bide our time.

Forum members have helped out many with battery cut out issues and battery repairs but we need to see the listed voltages you are seeing. Measure the voltage output of your charger and as requested the voltage of your battery after it has been charged, otherwise we can't help.
