The issue with Julet cleared it self once I cleaned the green copper track between pins, a dob of grease also helped. It us only the wire/pin contact continuity which was affected and not the sensor.

KT 20a controller and the smaller amp one's are connected via a hall sensor cable, it has the std 9 pin Julet for hub connector and the other end has 3 separate phase bullets and the DJ7061 6 wire hall sensor block. Hub motors are supplied with this cable though you can buy them separately.

Have you double checked all 13 strings to make sure one isn't higher then the rest if not do check them all again. Some BMS don't have a balance feature and once a cell string reaches full charge first then all charging switches off.

30Q cells are the best of the bunch. GA cells are good initially then they apparently loose capacity, rated for 10a @ 60c temp but over heat at this temp approaching 8a draw so spec is a bit ambitious. 29E better in 6p strings.
