Which bafang conversion for my hardtail mtb is better for occasional but not hard off roaring, a hub or mid drive kit?

probably pissing in the wind with this but I wonder if it can be done or if anyone has done? I'm registered disabled due to severe back and knee issues amongst other crap. Motability scooters are freely available so I was wondering if a electric assisted bicycle may fall into the same category?

There are loads of car bike racks out there as we all know. But my car is a bit different, MR2 revision 2 model. Roof rack is not really something I would consider as its a t-bar. Remove able glass panels. Anyone have any input?

So I'm buying a 250w Dillinger fat bike. The handlebar display is a Dillinger C965. Can the C965 be hacked/modded for a bit more speed on private ground? I'm presuming fitting a larger front chain ring will reduce acceleration but add some top speed. Answers on a postcard to this very post...
