Buy a 250w sticker from ebay , attach to motor and use bike as is.

Not a chance you are doing an average commute speed of 20mph on a road legal ebike, bikes far too heavy to maintain that extra speed unassisted after the motor cuts out, especially with the tyres you have as well.

Nice bike, like the low step frame. With that motor setup up you'll be flying up the hills.

It can happen ,My grandson managed to blow my charging port using one of my screwdrivers, not a key but similar. Off all the places to stick it. Luckily he was ok, i was lying under the bike at the time an a bit of the metal landed on my forehead leaving a scar lol.
